Management Level 5 Awarded to Angela McIntyre
Minerva People held an extremely positive event on Management and Leadership with over 70 delegates attending from the public, private and voluntary sectors. Delegates attended as far a field as Stranraer in the west to Longniddry in the East. A number of topics were discussed in groups with tremendous interaction and comment.
The evening also clearly identified the need and genuine interest for training and development with regard to Management and Leadership at all levels and this is now being taken forward by Minerva and their associates.
On the night Ian Andrew, Scotland Manager from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) informed the group that Minerva People was becoming a CMI Integrated and Advisory Centre and looks forward to working with them to grow and develop members from first time managers to chartered status. He was delighted to present Angela with her certificate.
Angela McIntyre, Venue Manager from Easterbrook Hall, Dumfries was delighted to be presented with her Management NVQ Level 5 qualification on the night and said “I have gained so much by achieving this qualification and have developed not only myself but my team and the business. I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to upgrade this further to Chartered Manager over the coming months.”
