Modern Apprenticeships

Minerva delivers the Modern Apprenticeship programme in Dumfries & Galloway.  This is a government funded scheme which allows companies to offer training and development to their current employees or gain a new employee who can be trained and developed.  Individuals must be aged between 16 and 19 and capable of achieving a vocational qualification. 

The vocational qualifications gained are NVQ's or SVQ's which are highly regarded in Dumfries & Galloway as they demonstrate that an individual has the job related skills to perform in the workplace.

Minerva currently offers the following qualifications to Modern Apprentices:

 

NVQ Level 5 Management
NVQ Level 4 Management
NVQ Level 3 Management
NVQ Level 3 Administration

NVQ Level 2 Administration

SVQ Level 3 Children's Care Learning and Development
SVQ Level 2 Children's Care Learning and Development

NVQ Level 2 Customer Service
NVQ Level 3 Customer Service
